Treating Customers Fairly

Globelink has always tried very hard to give the type of service which we ourselves would like to receive from others and that is why we receive so many recommendations from satisfied clients. However, we are not complacent and we know that it is very important to listen to what our customers tell us. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) sets out a requirement that all FCA regulated firms, including Globelink, must consistently treat customers fairly and that customers should expect services and products that meet their needs, from a company that they trust.
